I put some frozen strawberries and a container of lime sherbert in a punch bowl and pour a 2 liter of sprite over it- best to do it 20-30 min before you want to drink it- creepy green with red stuff floating… and yummy

You should be able to go to your local Mc Donald’s and order an orange bowl. Just ask for a manager, they should know what you are talking about.

Put a quart of orange sherbet in the punch bowl, then slowly pour 7-up over the ice cream. Yummy, it”s awesome. It bubbles so pour slowly. We have this at every party but with different flavors of sherbet.

    Here are several…

    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
4 c. cranberry juice or sweet cider
    2 c. pineapple juice

In 3 quart saucepan, combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Add fruit juices. Serve hot. Makes 2 quarts.

2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade
8 (6 oz.) cans plain water
Juice of 3 fresh lemons or 6 oz. of lemon juice
2 c. grenadine or 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen dark fruit drink (cherry, grape, raspberry)
    3 qts. pre-chilled ginger ale

Mix all together, float orange slices on top, add cherries or frozen strawberries. Makes 38 (5 ounce) cups or 48 (4 ounce) cups. Similar in taste to whiskey sours.

1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled
1 quart orange or pineapple sherbet
(I would take some of the juice and place it in a freezable container and put in some plastic spiders and let it float in the punch)

Prepare orange juice according to package directions; pour into a punch bowl. Stir in the soda and pineapple juice. Top with scoops of sherbet. Serve immediately.

*Make sure the food and drink you serve goes well with the time of the baby shower event. For example, tea and cake will go well with an afternoon baby shower, while a roast chicken meal would be perfect if the baby shower is a dinner function.

*For the drinks, soda, coffee, tea and punch would be great choices. Just make sure they go well with the food you serve.

    * It’s not bad to serve alcoholic drinks, especially if you have male guests, but since the mom to be can’t drink alcohol, always have non-alcoholic drinks for her.

Last year, I saw some great ideas for punch at the foodnetwork.com. I think it was called green slime punch, or something. Take a look, it might be there now.
