What Halloween recipes can I make if oven isn't working (stove top is) to bring in to co-workers?

or what Halloween "treat/food" would you want your co-worker to make and bring in to share that doesn’t require an oven?

Make me some carmel apples covered in chopped pecans, please.

Make dill dip and bring sliced store made baguette or sourdough bread to go with it…or even veggies.

This is what I’m bringing to mine. We’ve also got tea sandwiches, bottled waters and two liters of soda on the list…

How about Rice Krispie Treats frosted with orange butter cream and decorated with sprinkles or "scary faces" you make out of gumdrops, licorice, jelly beans etc?
