recipe for peanut butter cookies?

i went 2 the library, about 2-3 months ago and i got a book of holiday cookies. i loved the Halloween reese peices peanut butter cookies! it tasted awsome! but now, every time i do go to the library, i can’t seem to find the same book. And i forgot the recipe. i remeber most of the items i need, but not the measurements.
the items are:
peanut butter
vegetable oil
reese peices
**and maybe more…
what are the measurements?
sorry party_pam thts not the recipe. the recipe was short and simple.
in therecipe, there was also eggs
nope bert c. im sure there wasn’t any flour or vanilla extract

    REESE’S PIECES Halloween Cookies

    1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk*
    VANILLA FROSTING(recipe follows)
    1. Heat oven to 350°F.

    2. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add alternately with buttermilk to butter mixture. Measure batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    3. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Prepare VANILLA FROSTING. Frost cookies; garnish with candy. About 20 cookies.

    *To sour milk: Use 1-1/2 teaspoons white vinegar plus milk to equal 1/2 cup.

    VANILLA FROSTING: Combine 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons softened butter or margarine, 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons milk in small bowl; beat until smooth.

    SERVINGS About scaling and conversions

    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup unsalted butter, softened
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1 cup white sugar
    2 eggs
    2 cups peanut butter chips
    1 cup peanut butter
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 2 large baking sheets with wax paper.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
    In a large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, and vanilla with an electric mixer until well blended. Beat in both sugars. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Stir in half of the dry ingredients into the mixture. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir in peanut butter chips.
    For each cookie, roll 1 heaping tablespoon full of dough into 1 3/4 inch diameter ball. Arrange balls 2 1/2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Using the back of fork, flatten dough balls and form a crosshatch on tops.
    Bake cookies until dry on top, about 15 minutes.
    Cool cookies on baking sheets for 5 minutes. Using a spatula, transfer cookies to cooling racks to cool completely.
