Party snack ideas for Halloween party?

I am throwing a halloween costume party later this month and I am looking for some good snacks. I want more than just chips and candy because everyone will be pretty hungry since they will be coming from work. It doesn’t have to be Halloween themed just tasty. Thanks 🙂

This is tricky, considering that I don’t know if you want them healthy or not. For healthy I would buy apples (any type works just fine!) and make jack-o-lanterns out of them. Basically a apple jack-o-lantern! They taste good, and if the apples were big enough, you could put a small candle inside it to make it just like a jack-o-lantern! But the candle would make it anti-edible so skip the candle. You can do this with all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, and even meat! Fruits, you can use apples, oranges, plums, pears, and other fruits that I don’t even know! Next I would make a make-it-yourself tray that has all sorts of fruits and grains that are all changed to become Halloween themed. Then you would need a meat tray, just cut and shape it to a Halloween theme and your good to go with that! I have tons more ideas but would take a whole lot of time to type them down. For just care-free snacks, just go to your local store and but what feels right to you! Candy is always needed at a Halloween party! Do what you want really. You can also look online for cool recipes and guides on how to make the greatest snacks! And one last thing, pizza always makes a party the best around! Good luck with the party now!

For savoury snacks, try pizza, chicken nuggets, cocktail sausages on sticks, sausage rolls, crackers, raisins, fresh fruit such as grapes or melon, fruit salad, chicken drumsticks, cheese straws, carrot sticks and celery sticks with hummus, breadsticks, nuts, pretzels, cheese and pineapple on sticks, chips and dips, pate, garlic bread, mini quiche, little sandwiches with different fillings, potato salad, pasta salad etc. Sweet snacks could be candy, jello, ice-cream, cookies, cupcakes, marshmallows, rice crispie cakes, brownies etc. :]
