I am having a Halloween party & need ideas for stuff to do. This is my 1st one & I want to make it the best.?

I am having a Halloween Party this year with my brother. I am 13 & he is 15 so their will be high schoolers & middle schoolers there. We need lots of ideas, because other people at our school are having ones & we want to make ours the BEST!! So ANY ideas or tips will be very helpful. (P.S. Were having around 40-50 people) Thanks in advance!(:

The classic game "bobbing for apples" is fun. But instead of putting the apples in water, play the version of the game where you hang apples from strings. Its more sanitary.

If you really want to make your party the best, set up a haunted house. You could use your back yard, a garage, a basement or any available space. You don’t need a bunch of expensive props (although some motion or sound activated decorations that make noise or light up would be good for this). You can just have some people dress up as monsters and hide behind things and jump out at your guests. You can also find some really cheap strobe lights to use.

    Give out candy.

Have a costume contest and have people vote for their favorite costumes. Give out a prize for the best costume like a big candy bar or something.

Have Halloween themed food. (search for Halloween party recipes).

Have someone dress like Jason and go crazy.
