How to make fake blood that dries but looks wet and lasts forever?

I’m making a stuffed monster for an art project and I would like to keep this monster forever. Most of the fake blood recipes I’ve found are for halloween, wash out, don’t look wet, and don’t look good on a fur like material. My monster is going to be made out of fake fur so I wanted to put some blood around his mouth and hands.
Help please! Thank you
