How do you throw an awsome Halloween party when you are 13?

I am throwing a Halloween party but I need it to be awsome, scary and cheap and I’m only 13. My mom does not want to help me so I have to do this by myself. Do you have any sugestions for me?

Try some balloons from Dollar Tree and use the white ones to put under a old cut sheet or just draw eyes and mouth on them like a ghost and hang from tree (MAKE SURE THEY DONT POP). Im 11 and Im having a Halloween Party as well. I dont mean to brag but my mom is helping me ALOT. Try Dollar Tree. Half of my decorations and party favors are from there. Oriental Trading Company
(www.orientaltrading.com) has some good (some expensive…Some SUPER cheap) crafts and decorations. But write down what u r going to get and add up the prices. Do extra things like clean ur room and stuff to get extra money. Dont get toooo much from Oriental Trading cuz it can run into ALOT of money. I hope this helps!

Make it dark(turn off the lights) so that you can skimp decorations a bit. Try making some decorations as well. Im not sure what else to say but good luck!
