How do you oven bake pumpkin seeds?

I just carved a pumpkin with my kids,,, I remember my aunt baking them in the oven when I was young,,, I just dont know how,,, time and degrees anyone?

    BAKED PUMPKIN SEEDS – HALLOWEEN

    Wash pumpkin seeds.
    Spread light layer of shortening onto cookie sheet. Put seeds on cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt and melted butter. Bake at 250 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until brown. You may want to turn over and stir once or twice and add more salt or butter during baking.

    I put them on a cookies sheet )Oil them a little first) sprinkle with a little salt. I bake mine at 250 for about an hour or until the seeds are a little brown.

    u get them out of the pumpkin
    then wash them off
    while they are wet, put whatever seasoning you want on them in a plastic bag (kinda like shake and bake)
    then empty the bag out on a cookie sheet
    and then leave them in for about 50- 60 mins

    We just baked some today!! Wash and pat the seeds dry, spread on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, ..whatever seasonings you like and bake at 350 Degrees F. for approx 10 minutes. Check them a few times and stir them around so they cook evenly.

    just made some yesterday with the kids take seeds from pumpking rinse if u want i dont i take off all the orange slop from pumpkin sprinkled with salt pepper garlic powder little cayanne baked in oven at 325 for about 1/2 hour till they were browned up

    Now that you have hollowed out that pumpkin, you have a huge bowl of seeds. They make a great snack if you bake them. Everyone will be digging into them as soon as you draw them from the oven.

    Ingredients:
    pumpkin seeds
    1 dash salt
    1 dash red pepper
    1 dash freshly ground black pepper
    2 tablespoon butter or cooking oil

    Instructions:
    Rinse the seeds in water and remove the fibrous material. Pat the seeds dry with a paper towel. Coat baking pan with butter or oil then pour in pumpkin seeds. Sprinkle on spices to taste. Bake in 250 degree oven for about 1 hour stirring at 15 minute intervals.

    We just did this the other night. Preheat the oven to 300. Clean the seeds and pat dry and put in a bowl. Melt about 1 tablespoon of butter and stir it into the seeds. Then I added some Emeril Essence for a little kick (you can add any spice that you like). After making sure the seeds were all coated I poured them onto a cookie sheet and sprinkled with salt. When the oven is ready place the pan in the oven for 30 minutes. They came out really yummy. Enjoy!
