    Traditional Jello Shots
    10 oz vodka
2 (3 oz) packages of Jello
    2 cups boiling water
    1 cup cold water
Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Dissolve the packages of Jello in 2 cups boiling water, stirring for at least 2 minutes, until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in ice-cold waater and vodka. Pour mixture into shot glasses or paper cups. Let shots set in the refrigerator for at leat 4 hours.

You can also go to this website, they have a lot of different recipes for jello shots! I have used some of them and they have come out pretty good. Haven’t had a problem/complaint yet! Good luck and have fun at your party!!

  • VS Pink 03 says:

get some vodka (grey goose) and some jello mix (cherry) and mix it together. put in frdige. voila!

  • Misties Unite says:

Substitute up to half the water with alcohol; do not exceed the total amount a liquid listed in the instructions. Do not make the "jigglers" version. Do not boil the alcohol.

    Don’t add anything else.

Vodka works well with just about any flavor. Rum works well with some flavors (it’s a matter of taste).

Here’s a popular article form wikiHow. I don’t know why anyone would want to do this. Alcohol and drinking should be done in moderation.

  • ?neopolitan angel?? says:

Caffeine powder (can be bought as pure powder (see sources) or made from ground up caffeine pills; see Warnings) Note that pills may have a gelatin coating, in addition to binders and fillers that are always present in pills, and that these may not taste good. Pure powder is recommended.

Jello, multiple flavors are recommended (so different colors can represent different dosages)

Shot glasses (paper bathroom cups can be used, or cut down plastic cups)
    those are the ingredients
    here are the steps.
Decide on the caffeine dosage of your jello shots. Then determine how many caffeine pills you will need. A 6 oz Jello package makes about 30 shots, so figure how much caffeine you’re going to need total, and divide that by the amount of caffeine per pill, which is usually 200mg. (E.g. 30 shots at 50mg each = 1500mg total, divided by 200mg = 7.5 pills needed.) In this article, 30 shots of 100mg each will be made, requiring 15 pills, but your dosage can vary by the desired intensity:

50mg- Mild energy rush. About equal to the caffeine in a can of cola.
100mg- Enough energy for 80’s dance night. Equals about a 2 ounce espresso.
200mg- Same dose as in 2.5 cans of Red Bull.
300mg- Twitching starts. Jello shots begin to taste very bitter.
400mg- Ingesting more than 400 mg of caffeine can be dangerous, with side effects including tremors, agitation, stomach ache, and irregular heartbeat. See Warnings.
Grind the caffeine pills with a mortar and pestle if available. Otherwise place the pills on a sheet of paper.

Fold the paper in half, and go over it with a rolling pin or some other dense cylindrical object. Use moderate force so that you can crush them.
Keep rolling until the powder is similar in consistency to the image shown.
Pour the ground up caffeine into a large bowl with the Jello powder, and mix thoroughly.

Add the boiling water (follow the standard Jello recipe on the box for exact amount of water) and stir thoroughly. Keep stirring until all the caffeine has completely dissolved into the solution.

Pour the solution evenly into 30 shot glasses (or small paper cups), and refrigerate for a few hours until jiggly.

If you want to do something a little different try:

    Squirm Shots
    2 cups vodka
    3 cups water
    3 (3 oz) packages Jello
    Gummy worms
Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Dissolve the Jello in boiling water, stirring at least 2 minutes until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in ice-cold water and vodka. Pour mixture into shot glasses or paper cups. Before they get firm, add a gummy worm to each glass. Let set in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Personally I like any of the berry jello flavors

  • mom of 2 says:

boil your water according to the directions on your jello box… add your jello and mix very well then instead of adding your cold water u add your liquor mix again and put in plastic shot glasses. never have had any issues with them not turning out not sure what you may have done wrong with having a halloween party i would suggest orange and purple colored jellos otherwise strawberry is very good with strawberry flavored rum or cherry jello with cherry flavored rum very tasty whip cream is a very good topping or any flavor of a mousse is also tasty

enjoy your party and good luck

  • mcbaby7 says:

my favoriate jello shot is cranberry jello and vodka. i call it the cape codder shot.

    one package of cranberry jello
pour 1 cup boiling water into jello to disolve mix, stir well
add 1 cup vodka, good stuff if you can afford it
few squirts of some fresh lime juice
stir well and pour into small cups

    double recipe for large parties.

  • KV says:

    Jello Shots:

follow the directions on your jello, use water to boil, when it calls for the second amount of cold water use your liquor of choice instead of water. then pour into individual cups for easy use.

you can get really creative with this, like malibu rum and pinapple flavored jello, or apple flavored vodka with watermelon flavored jello, bacardi rum with lime jello, or your standard vodka with cherry jello, what ever sounds good to you

  • tricia_lynn_87 says:

jello has stuff from bones and hide of animals.

  • Kristen123 says:

    Here’s the recipe that I usually use…

Since it’s Halloween, I’d suggest using orange jello. When I use orange jello, I like to mix it with lemon or citrus vodka. It tastes great going down. You can certainly squirt some whipped cream on top, it will taste good…but it’s not necessary. Jell-o shots are great alone!

  • Tracy says:

They have kits you can buy that come with everything but the liquor so pretty much the jello and cups but they tell you how much of everything to use and they taste yummy.
