drink ice cold water, burns more calories
exercise every day for an hour
obiously no sugar, fried, or fatty food
and stop eating 3 to 4 hours before going to bed
also green tea is great because it makes faster your metabolism
find things that inspire you, what works for me is listening to music
I am also trying this thing where I can only drink water, so if I eat breakfast I cant drink juice it has to be water, is pretty hard.
also if you want something sweet get the fudge bars of health choice
is chocolate iceceam is so good and is only 100 calories with 5g of sugar

and here is a website with healthy low calorie recipes

just stop eating as much. but if you need to lose 20 lbs to fit into a halloween costume, you probably shouldnt be dressing as that in the first place

eat 4 meals a day dont drink soda or any sugary beverages. STAY AWAY FROM BEING HUNGRY! i cannot stress that enough but you have to stay away from foods with more than 10 grams of fat. these tips will probably get you somewhere but probably not 20 pounds cuz it takes more time to burn that much fat:) hope you fit in your costume by halloween:)

Aside from cutting out the sweets and soft drinks and drinking ice water, exercise is the best thing. If you can’t join a gym, get a heart monitor and do it at home. What you need to do is get your heart rate up and keep it there for at least a half hour, about 4 times a week if not more. Cardio is awesome – that’s how I lost 20 lbs. Don’t skip meals or starve yourself because your body will go into hybernation mode, holding onto fat cells. Eat sensibly and strive for five – 2 fruits and 3 veggies a day or vice versa. Eat lean meats and whole grain breads and Special K is one of the best things you can have for breakfast. They make great snacks too. Good luck!
