    Thanks, Chris! Looks? good!

  • abjkl says:

Along with eating pumpkins raw, do you ever eat sweet potatoes raw? (how?)
New to raw – thanks.? Another great video!!

  • RealRawResults says:

I’ve never eaten sweet potatoes raw personally, but I do know some people enjoy shredding them or cutting them up finely and adding to salads. I’d be willing to try it for sure. I wouldn’t recommend trying to eat huge amounts of them raw though, they’d be a bit starchy and tough on digestion. More of a? condiment. 🙂

Thanks so much for replying. I appreciate the fact that you did and all of the information you provided. ? Many thanks!!

Is it ok to combine beets with dates in a smoothie? I’m craving beats lately, but don’t like it by itself raw- almost tempted to buy cooked :O? Before learning about proper food combining, I used to blend them with bananas haha pretty yummy 😉

  • RealRawResults says:

Great question. Never considered the combo before…I wonder if it’s any good?

Blended into a smoothie I don’t think beets would present any issues with the dates. They are slightly starchy, but once they? are blended it shouldn’t be an issue.

Hehe beets and bananas?? I have to try that!

  • montalia hamilton says:

I really want to go raw, but every time I try I fail miserably….. I clearly am doing somethign raw, plus I am a poor college student. 🙁 Do you have any ideas what I can do to help me? continue past 2 days of raw foods.. lol

  • RealRawResults says:

While I don’t know your unique situation and exactly what you’re doing, most people’s thing is they just aren’t eating enough calories from fruit. Making sure you have enough ripe fruit around to aim for about 2500 cals a day for a woman will get? someone in the right direction. Bananas bought by the case make for a great calorie source on the cheap. Second to fruit the next best affordable, healthy option I would say are potatoes, squash, quinoa, corn, etc. etc. Best of luck!

  • Myles Adams says:

hi can you eat to much coconut flesh? i had all of the flesh out of it? and had stomachz cramps yet ive had it before no problems maybe i will have to have less i had half of the flesh with no problems

  • RealRawResults says:

Somedays you can handle more than others too, but you can definitely overdue it on coconut. If the flesh is still relatively soft 2 good sized coconuts is about right for me when? I’m eating them.

  • durianriders says:

    GOLD thumbnail? lol!

  • MyLaura999 says:

    looks like caramel pudding mmm:)?

  • thecanadian alien says:

Its gonna be hard to do if your a poor college student… Im a guy and the average days meal is… 10-12 bananas, half a pound to a pound of dates, and a few other fruits through out the day if im still hungery… Then at dinner i eat 800-1000 calories worth of rice or rice noodles spiced, and then a HUGE salad made of a head of lettuce, bout the same amount of spinach, a big? tomato, a big cucumber, snap peas etc dependin on the veggies i buy… Costs me $50 for 3 days worth of food

  • Christina Schweiss says:

More recipes please:-) I tried this? and it was so good!

  • RealRawResults says:

Key is buying in bulk. Buy your bananas by the case vs. off the shelf, just ask your local produce? guys! I spend about $150 week on mostly organic fruits/veg.

  • thecanadian alien says:

Ya i only buy 3 days worth at a time cause i still have anxiety grabbin so many bananas lol… people look at you funny enough when you got 50-75 in your cart… im slowly gettin over it tho… just? gotta take the good with the bad i guess… guys look at you like theres something wrong with you while girls see your cart full of fruits and veggies and start strokin there hair and smiling haha

  • RealRawResults says:

Haha I feel you on? this one! It’s a pretty common issue for people at first. Actually I think I’ll cover this in a video soon, thanks for the inspiration. 🙂

  • TheJazminify says:

yummy! but don’t you have digestion problems with this? combination? pumpkin: carb and dates: sweet fruit…

  • TheJazminify says:

    i mean,? pumpkin: starch 😉

  • RealRawResults says:

It’s not as easy on digestion than if I was just eating straight fruit, but the amount of pumpkin is so little? I find it hardly makes a difference. Of course I wouldn’t recommend it if you have specific problems with it. Otherwise, you should be fine! 🙂

  • MissRawSweden says:

    Looks? so YUMMYYYYYYYY

  • LauraLibra1 says:

Just found this after watching the T-day recipe. Really sorry I? missed this one. Oh well, I can probably still get a pumpkin at this point.
Can you please post where you get all your awesome supplies…for example the carob. I always find small bags of stuff like that and I’d much rather by it in bulk sizes like you’ve got there. Thanks.

  • RealRawResults says:

I got the carob from RealRawFood(DOT)com, great prices on quality stuff. Good for buying? in bulk.

    Enjoy!

  • Rachelle Meyer says:

I can not wait to try this. I’ve been looking for a recipe to try with pumpkin and this is going to be perfect. Thank you!?
