(10 POINTS)i just picked my sunflowers and i want to eat the seads. i took them all off now what do i do?

I took them all of the base of the flower and now i need to know what to do next. They ar pritty big. Should i wash them of bake them first. I also need a good recipe. PLEASE HELP! (10POINTS)

    You can eat them raw. That tastes good. In fact, I’d definitely suggest that you try this even if you cook them. You can lightly oil and salt them, then put them in your oven at about 200 degrees. Stir them every 10 minutes or so to make sure they don’t burn. This will give you roasted and salted sunflower seeds. You can also add some chili powder to this to make spicy ones. Try making 2 batches. For less fat, eliminate the oil, and make up a bowl of salted water. Put your seeds in there and let them soak for a little while. Drain, and then toast. This keeps them from smoking and smoldering in your oven. If you have a lot of sunflowers, you can even hang one outside to feed to the birds and share your seeds! Enjoy!

    Oh, and hey, when Halloween comes around, if you have a pumpkin, you can do this with your pumpkin seeds too!
